In typically innovative fashion, May 2014 saw Exoplanet once again grace the electronic music scene with a trio of electronica gems that illuminated the path to his "Great Adventures". With a further new, sparkling original EP to follow, Particles now returns to May's triumph with a pair of remixes courtesy of Argentinean and Belarusian flair. Belarusian artist Dmitry Molosh has seen his stock rise in recent years, after initial success in clubs around his hometown of Brest saw him emerge as a local talent. Production work quickly followed and the underground progressive scene awakened in him "a deeper desire to play a more important role" in the electronic music scene. A century of production credits comes courtesy of a plethora of releases since 2012, as Reelaux, Movement and Lowbit have all played host to Molosh's sound. Running his own Magic Room imprint has provided a further outlet for his talents, and with music supported by Nick Warren, Luke Porter and Hernan Cattaneo, Molosh has continued to rise. Returning for a second outing on Particles after a successful debut on the "Winter Particles 2014" compilation, the Dmitry Molosh interpretation of "You're a Star" takes the melodic and vocal themes of Exoplanet's original and treats them to a thickly layered treatment that delivers never-ending delayed glory. Crunching bass, strong beat and flowing percussive groove further combine to create a work of impressive flair. Luis Bondio epitomises the work ethic of the electronic music producer in the digital climate. Industrious in all areas, the Argentinean from Cordoba co-manages both the successful Classound and Baires Records imprints in tandem with the Classound Booking Agency. Such a background has ensured that Bondio has performed alongside some of the finest underground dance acts of the modern age including Luis Junior, Martin Garcia and Logiztik Sounds, while also using the Frisky Radio platform to showcase his DJ talents through the monthly Classound radio show, "full of melodies and hypnotic sounds". A production career that includes over 130 credits since 2010's debut on Kansak, has led to a strong portfolio of work featured on the likes of Sudbeat, DAR and microCastle while simultaneously retaining a strong presence on the labels he manages. Supported by heavyweights including Nick Warren and Hernan Cattaeno, Luis Bondio makes his debut on Particles after two remixes of Juan Deminicis and Scotty.A for Proton Music in 2013 and 2014. Taking on the smooth melodic meanderings of "Intrepid Traveller", a popping, clicking percussive groove rolls across the stereo spectrum in enveloping fashion. A plucked motif then emerges to form a delightful melodic backbone before rising to a long release crescendo. Cleverly using the themes fundamental to Exoplanet's work, the Luis Bondio "Welfare" remix pays close care and attention to the original. Two new treatments from Dmitry Molosh and Luis Bondio have guaranteed that Exoplanet and his "Great Adventures" will continue on a voyage of discovery.
